Das Geheimnis des dritten Obergeschosses
Seit Kurzem gibt es an unserer Schule eine Schulblog-Redaktion und als erstes durfte sie das Geheimnis des dritten Obergeschosses lüften. Möchtet ihr wissen, was wir dort gesehen haben? Natürlich eine Baustelle… mit vielen Kabeln, Deckenplatten und Wandfarben. Doch wir konnten schon ganz genau sehen, dass Räume im Entstehen sind, die sehr hell werden.
Das dritte Obergeschoss wird bis Sommer 2026 fertiggestellt.
Im 3. OG wird es einen Fachraum für Biologie, einen großen Kunstraum, die Klassenzimmer der Oberstufe und das Büro für den Oberstufenkoordinator, den IB-Koordinator geben, und auch den Studienberater werden wir in Zukunft auf dieser Etage finden.
Und wollt ihr wissen, was wir am schönsten fanden? Die Fenster. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Stockwerken sind diese nicht rechteckig, sondern halbkreisförmig wie in alten Schlössern.
Im nächsten Schuljahr wird das 3. OG leben – die ersten Schülerinnen und Schüler werden dort Unterricht haben. Demnächst werden auch die Möbel für das Kunstzimmer ausgesucht, der Kunstlehrer darf dabei natürlich mitreden.
Und wer vom 3. OG einen Blick nach gegenüber - auf die Baustelle der Turnhalle - wagt, kommt aus dem Staunen nicht heraus. Wo vor fünf Tagen noch Stahl aus dem Boden ragte, liegt heute bereits die Bodenplatte.

"the secret of the third floor"
Our school recently launched a school blog editorial team, and their first task was to reveal the secret of the third floor. Would you like to know what we saw there? A construction site, of course... with lots of cables, ceiling panels and wall paint. But we could already see that rooms are being created that will be very bright.
The third floor will house a biology lab, a large art room, the upper school classrooms and the office for the upper school coordinator and IB coordinator. The study advisor will also be located on this floor in future.
And do you want to know what we liked best? The windows. Unlike the other floors, these are not rectangular, but semicircular, like in old castles.
Next school year, the third floor will come to life – the first students will have lessons there. Soon, the furniture for the art room will be selected, and the art teacher will of course have a say in the matter.
And anyone who ventures to look across from the third floor to the construction site of the gymnasium will be amazed. Where steel was still protruding from the ground five days ago, the floor slab is already in place today.
